Calendar and billing¶
Connect Google Calendar¶
Open Settings and choose Connect Google Calendar. Complete the Google permission screen and return to NextVoice. The settings page should show Connected.
Enable booking in your receptionist's rules and set the correct time zone and business hours. The receptionist can then check availability and create appointments during customer calls. Review bookings in Appointments.
Browser tests return sample calendar results. Make a controlled phone test to check real availability and booking after publishing.
To remove access, choose Disconnect calendar in Settings. Revisit the receptionist's booking policy and readiness checklist after disconnecting.
Choose and manage a plan¶
Open Pricing to compare the current plans, monthly minutes, receptionist limits, and phone number limits. Subscription payment is completed through the checkout screen.
Return to Settings to confirm that the plan is active and review call minutes used. If activation is still pending, wait for payment confirmation before reserving a number or publishing.
Use Manage billing in Settings to open the billing portal for payment details and subscription changes. Your displayed subscription status and allowance determine whether customer calls are available.
Language routing add-on¶
Language routing has its own subscription. Review its current price and availability in the app. It requires an active main plan for customer call routing and does not replace the main subscription.
Prepare language destinations in the receptionist workspace, rehearse them in a browser call, and check the add-on's activation status before relying on routing during customer calls.
