NextVoice documentation¶
NextVoice helps your business answer calls, collect enquiries, book appointments, and hand callers to the right person. Use these guides to prepare your receptionist, rehearse conversations, and manage customer calls.
Start in the NextVoice app, then follow Get started to create your first receptionist.
Find a guide¶
| Guide | What you will do |
|---|---|
| Get started | Sign in, create a receptionist, test it, and go live |
| Receptionist setup | Add business knowledge, rules, voice, and human routing |
| Phone numbers and calls | Assign a business number and review call activity |
| Calendar and billing | Connect Google Calendar and manage your plan |
| Troubleshooting | Resolve common setup, testing, and call issues |
Set up, test, publish¶
Prepare your instructions and try browser calls before enabling customer calls. Browser tests use sample calendar and handoff results; they do not place calls to people or create real appointments. A paid plan and an assigned phone number are required for customer calls.
The receptionist workspace shows the remaining readiness checks. After those pass, select Mark ready, then Publish agent. A published receptionist appears as Live.
